Operational pain, automated away.
BizOps is a product studio: a small team that builds and operates its own software products, not a consultancy that sells hours. Every product we ship started as a system we needed to run a real business — real inventory, real margins, real accounting — and uses automation and AI as its main levers. It only becomes a product once it already works.

Why we exist
Most business software is designed by people who never had to use it.
Ours was designed by people who had no choice. The systems behind our products run every day inside a distribution company with thousands of SKUs coming from five countries — forecasting purchases, closing the books, tracking margin by product. They exist because the alternative was guessing.
That is the whole thesis. We do not start with a market. We start with a problem we are already living, solve it for ourselves, and only then ask whether other companies have the same problem.
What we run
Two products. Each solves one job and sells on its own site.
A daily financial pulse on WhatsApp, for bookkeepers and the businesses they serve.
Fynn connects to QuickBooks Online with read-only access and sends each client a clear message every morning: cash on hand, who owes them, what is due this week. When something needs attention — a cash drop, an invoice 30 days late — the bookkeeper hears about it first. Works in English and Spanish.
Visit fynnchat.comKnows what to buy, how much, and when — before you run out or overstock.
Small distributors buy inventory on instinct. Reorder reads demand history from the systems a company already has and turns it into a purchase suggestion for every product: ABC/XYZ classification, minimum and maximum levels tied to each supplier's real lead time, and alerts when an item is heading toward a stockout or a pile-up. Built across thousands of products and five countries of origin.
How we build
Four rules we do not break.
It runs in production before it becomes a product.
If it has not survived a month-end in a real company, it is not ready to sell.
Read-only by default.
We connect to the systems a business already trusts. We read, summarize and advise. We do not write to your books.
One problem per product.
No suites, no modules, no platform. Each product has its own name, its own price and its own site.
The operator is the customer.
We build for the person who has to make the decision on Monday morning, not for the committee that approves the budget.
Who is behind it
An operator, not an agency.
BizOps is run by Johnny González, an operator based in South Florida with sourcing experience across Colombia, Mexico and Asia. Two decades in operations, supply chain and finance.
Every product here exists because he needed it on a Tuesday and nobody was going to build it for him.
BizOps Consulting Group LLC is a Florida company. We are not consultants and we do not sell hours.
